What Does "Pending" Mean on 1Win?
A pending deposit on 1Win means the payment has been initiated and the funds have left your bank account, but 1Win's payment gateway has not yet received or confirmed the transfer. Pending status can last anywhere from a few minutes to 7 business days depending on the payment method and any technical issues in the transaction chain.

How Long Do 1Win Pending Deposits Take?
For UPI and Paytm transactions, most pending deposits are resolved within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days. If a deposit remains pending for more than 24 hours, it is recommended to contact 1Win support immediately. When contacting support, provide your Game ID, the exact transaction amount, date and time, payment method used, and the UTR or transaction reference number.
If 1Win support tells you to "wait 7 days" and the issue remains unresolved after that period, you should escalate by requesting a formal payment investigation with a ticket number. Keep records of all your communication with 1Win support as these may be needed for any future bank dispute or NPCI complaint.
